As we work on creating a GLORIOUS VISION for yourself, try out the Vision Visor! Take a picture of yourself as you are and a picture of what you would like to look like, own, master, dream of…¬† Pick one or two only! Put both on the inside of your car visor. The current picture of yourself on the left and the glorious vision of yourself on the right. **(disclaimer) It’s not something to look at while driving!! But, if you pull up in front of that deli and you are just about to run in and grab a bran muffin (one of my biggest downfalls) you are at least being realistic with yourself. Here is a picture of myself, still overweight by twenty pounds. If I get the muffin I’ll continue to look like this. If I don’t, I’m on my way to looking like Julianne Moore. I also have a thin pic of Jennifer Jason Leigh. I looked so much like her when I was young that I used to get stopped in the street.
