Sometimes if you struggle with your weight you literally have something that is weighing you down and your body naturally responds to that feeling by manifesting itself in your physical being.

I have a few things and I know exactly what they are. How about you? You can spot them if when you think about them they literally feel “heavy”. You might even slump when you think about them.

Once you spot them you can do your best to change what is bothering you or you can at least change your perception. A lot of times if you just “name” something it loses it’s power over you.
