Wow – I have a lot of things swirling around in my mind. Amazing things, troublesome things, stressful things, wonderful things, pressures, stress – whew. I’ve had a reeaaly hard time concentrating on anything and add to that being physically run down and fighting off a cold. Why am I complaining like this to you? Don’t you have your own problems?

Well, my point is that during the mental chaos I chose to do a full yoga practice and IT WORKED LIKE A CHARM!! I was able to completely center myself, focus and do a quick mental sweep of what needs attention and what I can set aside for right now.

As far as the future, it will take care of itself.
